national schedules (in GATT) The equivalent of tariff schedules in the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), laying down the commitments accepted — voluntarily or through negotiation — by World Trade Organisation (WTO) members. الجداول الوطنية (ضمن اتفاقية الغات) وهي الجداول الوطنية المكافئة للتعريفة الجمركية التي تحدد الالتزامات والمقبولة – إراديًا أو غير إراديًا – من قبل أعضاء منظمة التجارة العالمية.

cumulative error An error which, in the course of the accumulation of a set of observations, does not tend to zero. The relative magnitude of the error does not then decrease as the number of observations increases. خطأ تراكميّ خطأ لا يميل إلى الصفر أثناء مسار مراكمة سلسلة من المشاهدات. لا ينخفض حينئذ مقدار الخطأ النسبيّ مع ازدياد عدد المشاهدات.
query edit A query edit points to suspicious data items that may be in error. An example could be a value that, compared to historical data, seems suspiciously high. Contrast query edit to fatal edit where data item is known with certainty to be in error. تنقيح البحث يشير تنقيح البحث إلى بنود بيانات مريبة قد تكون خاطئة. مثال على ذلك قيمة تبدو مريبة مقارنة ببيانات تاريخيّة. يعارض تنقيح البحث التنقيح القاطع حيث يعرف أن بند البيانات بالتأكيد أنّه خاطئ.

The prepayment may be at a discount from the current outstanding principal amount. السداد المسبق هو قيام المقترض بسداد التزام الدين القائم بعضه أو كله قبل تاريخ الاستحقاق، وربما يكون ذلك بخصم. وقد يكون السداد المسبق بخصم من مقدار المبلغ الأصلي الجاري القائم.
EURIBOR The EURIBOR (or euro interbank offered rate) is the rate at which a prime bank is willing to lend funds in euro to another prime bank. The EURIBOR is computed daily for interbank deposits with a maturity of one week and one to 12 months as the average of the daily offer rates of a representative panel of prime banks, rounded to three decimal places. اليوريبور اليوريبور (أو سعر الفائدة على معاملات اليورو في ما بين المصارف) هو السعر الذي يقبل بموجبه مصرف رئيسيّ إقراض الأموال باليورو لمصرف رئيسيّ آخر. يتمّ احتساب اليوروبور يوميّاً لرصد الودائع في ما بين المصارف التي تبلغ فترة استحقاقها أسبوعاً واحداً وأسبوعاً واحدة إلى 12 شهراً كمعدّل لأسعار العرض اليوميّة لفريق ممثلي المصارف الرئيسيّة، ويتمّ تدويره إلى ثلاث خانات عشريّة.

universal service The concept that every individual within a country should have basic telephone service available at an affordable price. The concept varies, among countries, from having a telephone in every home and business in the wealthier countries to most inhabitants' being within a certain distance or time away from a public telephone in developing countries. خدمة عالمية يقصد بهذا المصطلح أن يكون لكلّ فرد في الدولة خدمة اتصال أساسية متوفرة له بسعر مقبول. ويختلف هذا المفهوم بين الدول، من توفّر هاتف في كلّ منزل ومؤسسة في الدول الغنية وصولاً إلى تواجد معظم المواطنين على بعد مكاني وزماني معيّن من هاتف عموميّ في الدول النامية.
