Definition: 
It concerns tabular cell data, whose dissemination would permit attribute disclosure. The two main reasons for declaring data to be primary confidential are: - too few units in a cell; - dominance of one or two units in a cell. The limits of what constitutes "too few" or "dominance" vary between statistical domains.

تختص ببيانات الخلايا المسطحة التي سيسمح نشرها بكشف الخواص. تدعى البيانات سرّية ابتدائيّة لسببين رئيسين: - وحدات قليلة في الخلية. - سيطرة وحدة أو وحدتين على الخلية. إنّ حدود ما يشكّل "قلّة" أو "سيطرة" تختلف بين الميادين الاحصائية.
