استحقاقات المعاشات التقاعدية تبين مدى المطالبات المالية الحالية والمستقبلية التي يحوزها أصحاب المعاشات مقابل إما صاحب العمل أو صندوق يعينه صاحب العمل لدفع المعاشات المكتسبة كجزء من اتفاق التعويضات بين صاحب العمل والموظف.
