All students enrolled in primary and secondary level educational programmes should be considered full-time when head-count data are reported, if they attend school for at least 75 per cent of the school day or week (as locally definWhen determining full-time / part-time status, the work- based component in combined school- and work-based programmes should be includeded) and if they would normally be expected to be in the programme for the entire academic year. Otherwise, they should be considered part-time.
