البيانات الإحصائيّة القاعديّة هي البيانات التي يجمعها بشكل منتظم (عبر استقصاءات من المستجيبين أو من مصادر إداريّة) إحصائيو الاستقصاءات في النظام الإحصائيّ الوطنيّ الذي يجب تنقيحه، تنسيبه، تجميعه و/أو استخدامه في تجميع البيانات الاحصائية وانتاجها.
