The Secretariat issues three types of solicitation document to fulfil a procurement requirement. While each of the documents referred to below contains the information necessary to submit a suitable offer, they vary in accordance with the nature of the requirement and the estimated monetary value. All solicitation documents normally provide for generic specifications. |

It also invites national statistical systems of ESCWA member states to follow international methodologies and recommendations while compiling the required statistics for the construction of these tables, and the use of appropriate data sources. |
