This workshop aims to monitor the progress achieved in the implementation of the ACU and to Improve the capacity of the member State at negotiating the framework of the Arab Customs Union.

It comes within the framework of the technical support provided by ESCWA to Arab countries and regional institutions to understand the various aspects of the ACU, its implications on the individual economies of the regions and the impact on the region’s development.
