line-item budgeting A general term used to describe a relatively unsystematic budgetary chart of accounts. بنود الميزانية مصطلح عام يستخدم لوصف فهرس حسابات للميزانية يتسم بإتباع أسلوب غير منهجي نسبيا. فبالإضافة إلى الاعتمادات أو "الخطوط" المعيارية الخاصة ببعض البنود مثل "الرواتب والأجور"، يتم إدخال خطوط منفصلة بمتطلبات جديدة وقتما تجد، ومن ثم تنشأ أشكال غير معيارية لا حصر لها لرصد اعتمادات الإنفاق وقيدها.

Eurosystem's international reserves The reserve assets of the euro area consist of the Eurosystem’s reserve assets, i.e. the reserve assets of the European Central Bank (ECB), and the reserve assets held by the national central banks of the participating Member States. Reserve assets must be under the effective control of the relevant monetary authority, whether the ECB or the national central bank of one of the participating Member States, and refer to highly liquid, marketable and creditworthy foreign (non-euro) currency-denominated claims on non-euro area residents, plus gold, special drawing rights and the reserve positions in the International Monetary Fund of the participating national central banks. الاحتياطيّات الدوليّة للمنظومة الأوروبيّة تتألّف الأصول الاحتياطيّة في منطقة اليورو من الأصول الاحتياطيّة للمنظومة الأوروبيّة، أي تلك الخاصّة بالبنك المركزي الأوروبي (ECB) وتلك التي هي بحيازة البنوك المركزيّة الوطنيّة للدول الأعضاء المشاركة.على الأصول الاحتياطيّة أن تكون خاضعة للسيطرة الفعّالة للسلطة الماليّة ذات الصلة، إمّا البنك المركزي الأوروبي أو البنك المركزي الوطني لإحدى الدول الأعضاء المشاركة. كما عليها أن تشير إلى مطالبات بالعملات الأجنبيّة (غير اليورو) المكتتبة والجديرة بالثقة والقابلة للتداول والكثيرة السيولة في مؤسّسات غير قائمة في منطقة اليورو بالإضافة إلى الذهب وحقوق السحب الخاصّة وحالة الاحتياطي في صندوق النقد الدولي للبنوك المركزيّة الوطنيّة المشاركة.

Continuity (of enterprise) In theory, the continuity rules would be derived from the definition of the enterprise (or other units) and its statistical uses. In principle, the continuity of an enterprise depends on the continuity of its production factors: employment, machines and equipment, land, buildings, management, and intangible assets. The continuity of these factors can be measured and weighted to decide upon the continuity of the enterprise. In practice, the continuity rules consider three main criteria: continuity of control, economic activity and location. الاستمرارية (لمؤسسة) من الناحية النظرية، ممكن اشتقاق قواعد الاستمرارية من تعريف المؤسسة (أو وحدات أخرى) واستخداماتها الإحصائية. من حيث المبدأ، تعتمد استمرارية المؤسسة على استمرارية عوامل إنتاجها: العمالة، الآلات والمعدات، الأرض، الأبنية ، الإدارة، والأصول الملموسة. واستمرارية تلك العوامل ممكن أن تقاس وترجّح (توزن) ليقرّر بناء عليها استمرارية المؤسسة. ومن الناحية العملية، تأخذ قواعد الاستمرارية ثلاثة معايير رئيسية بعين الاعتبار: استمرارية السيطرة والتحكّم، النشاط الاقتصادي، والموقع.

international tourist Any person who travels to a country other than that in which s/he has his/her usual residence but outside his/her usual environment for a period not exceeding 12 months and whose main purpose of visit is other than the exercise of an activity remunerated from with the country visited, and who stay at least one night in a collective or private accommodation in the country visited. السائح الدولي أي شخص يسافر إلى بلد غير بلد إقامته المعتاد وخارج بيئته العادية لفترة لا تزيد عن 12 شهرًا. أما الهدف الأساسي من الزيارة فليس ممارسة عمل مقابل أجر في البلد قيد الزيارة. ويبقى هذا السائح ليلة واحدة على الأقل في مكان إقامة جماعي أو خاص في البلد قيد الزيارة.
