naphtha Naphtha is a feedstock destined either for the petrochemical industry (e.g. ethylene manufacture or aromatics production) or for gasoline production by reforming or isomerisation within the refinery. Naphtha comprises material in the 30 degrees C and 210 degrees C distillation range or part of this range. النفثا النفتا عبارة عن زيت تغذية مخصص إما لصناعة البتروكيماوياث (مثل تصنيع الإيثلين أو إنتاج المر كباث العطرية) أو لإنتاج البنزين من خلال عمليات إصلاح أو أزمرة داخل المصفاة. وتضم النفتا اية مواد في نطاق تقطير بين 30 ‏درجة مئوية و 210 درجة ‏مئوية أو في جزء من هذا النطاق.

The acquisition of an educational qualification therefore implies the successful completion of a course of study or training programme. المؤهلات الدراسية المؤهلات هي الدرجات العلمية والدبلومات والشهادات والألقاب المهنية وما إلى ذلك، التي يحصل عليها الفرد، سواء عن طريق الدراسة التفريغية، أو الدراسة غير التفريغية، أو الدراسة الخاصة، وسواء منحت في الوطن أو في الخارج أو سواء منحتها سلطات تعليمية أو هيئات امتحان خاصة، أو هيئات مهنية. لذا فإن الحصول على مؤهل دراسي يعني ضمنًا إتمام دورة دراسية أو برنامج تدريبي بنجاح.
resident and non-resident non-national tertiary level student At the university tertiary level of education a distinction is made between resident and non-resident foreign students. stratified sample A sample selected from a population which has been stratified, part of the sample coming from each stratum. العينة الطبقية يقسم المجتمع موضوع الدراسة الى طبقات طبقا لمعايير معينة وتختلف هذه الطبقات فيما بينها من ناحية الخاصية التي نقيسها وفي كل طبقة تتشابه المفردات فيما بينها اكثر من تشابه العناصر داخل المجتمع بأكمله ، ويتم تطبيق أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة في كل طبقة من الطبقات ، وعاده ماتستخدم العينة الطبقية في حالة المجتمعات غير المتجانسة .

EURIBOR The EURIBOR (or euro interbank offered rate) is the rate at which a prime bank is willing to lend funds in euro to another prime bank. The EURIBOR is computed daily for interbank deposits with a maturity of one week and one to 12 months as the average of the daily offer rates of a representative panel of prime banks, rounded to three decimal places. اليوريبور اليوريبور (أو سعر الفائدة على معاملات اليورو في ما بين المصارف) هو السعر الذي يقبل بموجبه مصرف رئيسيّ إقراض الأموال باليورو لمصرف رئيسيّ آخر. يتمّ احتساب اليوروبور يوميّاً لرصد الودائع في ما بين المصارف التي تبلغ فترة استحقاقها أسبوعاً واحداً وأسبوعاً واحدة إلى 12 شهراً كمعدّل لأسعار العرض اليوميّة لفريق ممثلي المصارف الرئيسيّة، ويتمّ تدويره إلى ثلاث خانات عشريّة.

universal service The concept that every individual within a country should have basic telephone service available at an affordable price. The concept varies, among countries, from having a telephone in every home and business in the wealthier countries to most inhabitants' being within a certain distance or time away from a public telephone in developing countries. خدمة عالمية يقصد بهذا المصطلح أن يكون لكلّ فرد في الدولة خدمة اتصال أساسية متوفرة له بسعر مقبول. ويختلف هذا المفهوم بين الدول، من توفّر هاتف في كلّ منزل ومؤسسة في الدول الغنية وصولاً إلى تواجد معظم المواطنين على بعد مكاني وزماني معيّن من هاتف عموميّ في الدول النامية.
