on-line access agreement Designed for use by a provider of on-line services, it covers the nature of the service to be provided, the right of the service provider to restrict access, to change its operating procedures, or to modify the rules of access for the on-line service. fertilizers Fertilizers are organic or inorganic substances containing chemical elements that improve the growth of plants and the fertility of the soil. The percentage content of nutrients in organic fertilizers (manure’s) is relatively low.In inorganic or mineral fertilizers, the nutrients are inorganic salts, obtained by extraction and/or physical and chemical processes.
