Riada Arab Center for management and development (RAC) has been established since 2004. It is one of the Arab League centers. RAC mission is to develop the human resources in the Arab countries since they are playing the most important role in achieving progress and procession.

أسس مركز الريادة العربى للإدارة والتنمية فى عام 2004 بهدف تنمية الموارد البشرية فى البلدان العربية الشقيقة إيماناً منه بأهمية دور العنصر البشري فى تحقيق التقدم والتنمية. وإنطلاقاً من هذا الهدف حرص مركز الريادة العربى على إصدار خططه التدريبية السنوية لتشمل كل مجالات المعرفة وفقاً لأحداث المنهجيات والمستجدات العالمية فى مجال تنمية الموارد البشرية .
