H.H. Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah (may Allah preserve him), issued the Amiri Decree upon the law No. (1) of 1981, for establishing Fujairah Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and Law No. (1) of 2007 for organizing Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as a public benefit corporation enjoys financial and administrative independence within its law and Articles of Association, as well as the resolutions and instructions issued in accordance with this law, rules and other regulations prevailing in the Emirate, based on its importance as a corporation that represents and looks after the business community and commercial and industrial family and works in conjunction with other departments and corporations to fulfill the comprehensive economical and social development in the Emirate.
