The Center of Information, Training, Documentation, and Studies in Communication Technologies (CIFODE'COM) is a non-administrative public body endowed with civil responsibility and financial autonomy and works under the authority of the Ministry of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy. The main missions assigned to the CIFODE'COM are stipulated in its creation decree n°2000-2827 of November 27, 2000. At presen,t the principal function of CIFODE'COM is a service provider body within the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT's) field. The CIFODE'COM represents a new concept in the training sphere. It is classified as one of the most performing training platforms.
