The Ministry of Environment in Lebanon, recently secured a top-up fund for the biodiversity enabling activity project. The aim of this project is to assist the Ministry to further assess national capacity building needs and priorities. During this 10-month project, the MoE will also analyze institutional and functional capabilities and determine the necessary mechanisms to protect national biodiversity.
