ETC is organizing a workshop in cooperation with Arab Industrial Development and Mining Organization in Cairo –Egypt on 7 May 2018, this workshop will be a side event if the Arab International Industrial Conference that will be held on 6-8 May 2018. The aim of this workshop is to discuss the problems facing the Arab industry in light of the challenges facing scientific research, which suffers from difficulties in funding as well as from the interaction of the private sector and investors with the scientific research. |

The success of this energy transition is largely tied to strengthening the regional cooperation and trade among Arab countries, the development of grid interconnections between countries and the promotion of pan-Arab electricity market which focuses on smart grids and green corridors. |
