Definition:
Technological payments and receipts correspond to four types of transactions between countries:
1. Technology transfers (patents, unpatented inventions, licences linked to patents, know-how).
2. Transfers of design (sales, licences, franchises), trademarks and patterns.
3. Provision of technical services (technical and engineering studies, and technical assistance).

توازي المدفوعات والمتحصلات التكنولوجية أربعة أنواع من المعاملات بين الدول:
أ) التحويلات التكنولوجي (براءة اختراع، اختراعات من دون براءة اختراع، الرخص المرتبطة ببراءة الاختراع، الدراية)
ب) تحويلات التصميم (المبيعات، الرخص، حق الامتياز)، العلامات التجارية والأنماط
ج) التزويد بالخدمات التكنولوجية (دراسات تكنولوجية وهندسية، ومساعدة تكنولوجية)
د) التزويد بالبحوث والتطوير الصناعية.
