عقد إيجار مورد هو اتفاق يقوم بموجبه المالك القانوني لمورد طبيعي والذي يعامله نظام الحسابات القومية على أن حياته لا نهائية يقوم بجعل هذا المورد متاحاً للمستأجر في مقابل دفع منتظم يتم قيده كدخل ملكية ويتم وصفه كإيجار أو ريع.
