تتألف التجارة داخل المؤسسة من التجارة بين الشركة الأم في الدولة التي تجمع البيانات مع فروعها في الخارج والتجارة بين الفروع المتواجدة تحت الرقابة الأجنبية في هذه الدولة التي تجمع البيانات، ومجموعة شركتها الأم الأجنبية.
