التعريف:
منتجات ملكية فكرية هي نتائج عمليات البحث و التنمية و التطوير، والتحقيق أو الابتكار التي تؤدي إلى تحقيق المعرفة التي يمكن لمطوريها القيام بتسويقها أو استخدامها في الغمليات الانتاجية لمصالحهم الخاصة وذلك بسبب وجود قيود على استخدام المعرفة تضمنها القوانين ووسائل الحماية الأخرى.
