This document includes the themes addressed by the training workshop entitled "Project Planning and Performance Management" that aims at identifying priorities and needs, studying the project’s feasibility, implementing it on practical situations and defining the importance of institutional performance measurement in planning in general and in project planning in particular. The document contains the agenda and the expected outcomes of each session.
