The Water and Environment Issues Team, Sustainable Development and Productivity Division at the UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UN-ESCWA), in partnership with the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources of Germany (BGR), in collaboration with the Ministry of Water and Irrigation in Jordan, are organizing a training entitled "Negotiations and Dispute Resolutions Over International Shared Water Resources in Jordan." The training will be taking place at the Kempinski Hotel in Amman, Jordan from 12 to 17 June 2007.
