The Maritime Research and Consultation Center (MRCC) was established in 1984 within the framework of the organizational structure of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) as a non-profit organization to serve the maritime industry in Egypt, the Arab World and Africa.
