QUALEB is a 15 Million Euros EU funded project formally established in October 2004 for a thirty-eight months period at the Ministry of Economy & Trade. With an overall budget of 2 Million Euros, QUALEB has been extended for 18 months from January 2008 up to June 2009.

يعمل تحت اشراف وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة. تأسس برنامج الجودة الممول من الإتحاد الأوروبي والمستضاف من قبل وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة في تشرين الاول 2004 بميزانية عامة تصل إلى 15,4 مليون يورو ولمدة 38 شهراَ مدّدت 18 شهراَ إضافياَ لغاية منتصف 2009 و بميزانية إضافية تبلغ مليوني يورو.
