A training course for the personnel of the Ministry of National Economy (MoNE) was held in Ramallah, during the period 13-20 December 2005. This course aimed at enhancing the capacities of the MoNE personnel on formulating and packaging practical development projects according to modern techniques, understanding the approach of donors in the provision of aid and related services, and negotiating with and presenting proposals to funding agencies. |

This process aims to support the process of rehabilitation and development in the occupied Palestinian territory (OPT), and thereby assist the Palestinian people overcome the harsh realities of occupation and instability, and at the same time lay the socio-economic foundations for creating their independent state. |
