Technical assistance in the form of a Training workshop to the Sudanese Ministry of Welfare and Social Security to review of the draft National Action Plan on 1325 for adoption by stakeholders.

   This document is the trainer's guide prepared in the context of the training workshop entitled “Modern Human Resource Management” that aims at introducing participants to the human resource planning in unstable conditions and enabling methods that help assess individuals’ performance and develop their capacities and motivation to work. The document contains the agenda and the expected outcomes of each session.

This session will explore (1) Digital transformation of public administration; (2) Social inclusion through empowering access to relevant information, knowledge, applications and content, leading to meaningful access, i.e. its availability in all locations, its affordability to the general public and its adaptability to the needs of the people; (3) Capacity building on digital development, and e-training; and (4) Essential ICT applications: e-education, e-government and e-health.
