9 December 2019	Through HER Eyes: Girls’ take on the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (1995) in the Arab region, 25 years later	This is an adolescent friendly booklet about the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (1995). It includes a summary of what is included in the Declaration and what this means for the Arab region. Chapter IV of the Declaration talks about the girl child and this booklet provides an overview of what promises are made there and the progress towards these promises in the Arab region in 2019 – 25 years since the Declaration was signed.

12 August 2015	ESCWA Supports Kuwait for New Groundwater Research Project	Within the framework of advisory services provided by ESCWA to member countries, the Commission contributed with the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR) in the preparation and finalization of the concept note and project proposal for a new groundwater research project. This project aims at enhancing the knowledge and skills of stakeholders in the water sector to formulate policies, implement programmes and develop institutional frameworks aimed at promoting integrated management of water resources.
