Both sides discussed cooperation between ESCWA and the Ministry.

The technical assistance is provided to the General Women's Union in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

ESCWA is providing technical assistance to the ministry to support Lebanon in reaching out to its international commitments in the areas of women empowerment and advancement as well as in achieving gender equality in all sectors.
