biased sample A sample obtained by a biased sampling process, that is to say, a process which incorporates a systematic component of error, as distinct from random error which balances out on the average. Non-random sampling is often, though not inevitably, subject to عينة متحيزة عينة جرى التوصل إليها عبر عملية معاينة متحيّزة، هي عمليّة تجسّد مكوّن خطأ منهجيّ، مختلف عن الخطأ العشوائيّ الذي يستوي على المعدّل. المعاينة غير الاعتباطيّة تخضع غالبًا، من دون أن يكون ذلك محتّمًا، للتحيز، خاصة حين تؤتمن على حكم ذاتيّ من جانب الإنسان.
non-measured economy The non-measured economy is the group of activities within the 1993 SNA production boundary that are non-measured. اقتصاد غير مقاس مجموعة نشاطات غير مقاسة ضمن حدود انتاج نظام الحسابات القومية لعام 1993.
data presentation Description of the way the data are presented. The process that follows the process of data collection and review, where the data is presented in various forms, such as displayed in special tables prepared in advance, or geometric forms or graphs, to make rapid comparisons between different aspects of the phenomenon studied. عرض البيانات العملية التي تلي عملية جمع البيانات ومراجعتها حيث يتم عرض تلك البيانات بأشكال متعددة , كعرضها في جداول خاصة أعدت بصورة مسبقة , أو بأشكال هندسية أو رسوم بيانية , وذلك لإجراء المقارنات السريعة بين مختلف اوجه الظاهرة المدروسة .
Post Randomisation Method Protection method for microdata in which the scores of a categorical variable are changed with certain probabilities into other scores. It is thus intentional misclassification with known misclassification probabilities. أسلوب ما بعد العشوائية أسلوب حماية للبيانات الصغرية يتمّ تغيير نتائج المتغيرات الفئوية فيه مع بعض الاحتمالات في نتائج أخرى. وهو بالتالي سوء تصنيف عمداً مع احتمالات سوء تصنيف معروفة.

specialisation ratio Specialisation ratios measure the extent to which observations contained within a category are representatives of the population of those observations as a whole (e.g. in industry statistics, the specialisation ratio is the output by an industry of goods and services characteristic to that industry in proportion to its total output نسبة التخصص تقيس نسب التخصص المدى الذي تمثّل فيه المشاهدات التي في فئة المجتمع الذي قدّم هذه المشاهدات ككلّ (مثل في الاحصاءات الصناعيّة، نسبة التخصص هي نتاج صناعة السلع والخدمات الخاصة بتلك الصناعة بالنسبة إلى مجموع ناتجها.
key (time series or sibling group) The key uniquely defines a time series or sibling group within a data set. مفتاح (سلاسل زمنية أو مجموعات مشابهة) يحدد المفتاح سلاسل زمنية أو مجموعة محددة ضمن مجموعة بيانات.

monetary transactions A monetary transaction is one in which one institutional unit makes a payment (receives a payment) or incurs a liability (receives an asset) stated in units of currency. معاملات نقدية معاملات تؤدي فيها وحدة مؤسسية ما دفعة أو تتحمل التزاماً مبيناً بوحدات نقدية. تقيد جميع التدفقات بالقيمة النقدية، ويتمثل الطابع المميز للمعاملة النقدية في أن الطرفين المتعاملين يعبران عن اتفاقهما بالقيمة النقدية (سلعة تباع/تشترى بعدد من وحدات العملة لكل وحدة من السلع أو يد عاملة مقدمة بعدد معين من وحدات العملة لكل ساعة/يوم). وجميع المعاملات النقدية هي معاملات بين وحدات مؤسسية، أي ثنائية الطرف.
creditor reporting system A statistical reporting system, maintained by the OECD, to monitor the debt of developing countries. Major creditor countries, primarily the 22 member countries of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC), together with the European Commission, supply information. The data are published in the OECD’s annual External Debt Statistics publication. نظام الإبلاغ من الدائنين هو نظام لإبلاغ البيانات الإحصائية تديره منظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي من أجل مراقبة الدين القائم على البلدان النامية. وتقوم بتوفير تلك المعلومات البلدان الدائنة الرئيسية، وهي أساسا البلدان الاثنان والعشرون الأعضاء في لجنة المساعدة الإنمائية، إلى جانب المفوضية الأوروبية. ويتم نشر تلك البيانات في المطبوعة التي تحمل عنوان "إحصاءات الدين الخارجي" التي تصدر سنويا عن المنظمة المذكورة.

sustainable development indicator A statistical measure that gives an indication on the sustainability of social, environmental and economic development. مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة مؤشرات تقيس التقدم الذي أحرز بالنسبة إلى استدامة التنمية الاجتماعية والبيئية والاقتصادية.
hazardous air pollutants Hazardous air pollutants are air pollutants that may reasonably be expected to cause or contribute to irreversible illness or death. Date of creation (of legal unit) Date of incorporation for legal persons or date of official recognition as an economic operator for natural persons – The "date of official recognition" should be the date on which an identification number is given, or the date on which the legal existence was approved, be it a company/trade register number, a VAT number or other. تاريخ الإنشاء (لوحدة قانونية) تاريخ التأسيس للشخصيات الاعتبارية القانونية أو تاريخ الاعتراف الرسمي بكونها المشغّل الاقتصادي للأشخاص العاديين- "تاريخ الاعتراف الرسمي" يجب ان يكون تاريخ اعطاء الرقم التعريفي، أو تاريخ الموافقة على الوجود القانوني، سواء كان رقم السجل، أو رقم ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو غيرها.

transfer and payments to other private entities Transfer and payments to other private entities are government transfers and certain other payments (mainly subsidies) to other private entities (commercial companies and non-profit organisations). superlative indices Superlative indices are price or quantity indices that are ‘exact’ for a flexible aggregator. A flexible aggregator is a second-order approximation to an arbitrary production, cost, utility or distance function. Exactness implies that a particular index number can be directly derived from a specific flexible aggregator. الأرقام القياسية المفضلة – الأرقام القاسية المغالى بها وهي أرقام قياسية للأسعار أو الكميات تكون "دقيقة" بالنسبة لمجمّع مرن. وهذا الأخير هو تقدير من المستوى الثاني للإنتاج، الكلفة، الحاجة أو البعد الاعتباطيين. تعني الدقة أنه يمكن اشتقاق الدليل مباشرة من مجمّع مرن خاص.
