volatility (in financial markets) Volatility is a measure of the risk or uncertainty faced by participants in financial markets. recommended price In several industries, suppliers may recommend or suggest the price at which a product may be resold. quasi-corporation Quasi-corporation A quasi-corporation is either an unincorporated enterprise owned by a resident institutional unit that has sufficient information to compile a complete set of accounts and is operated as if it were a separate corporation and whose de facto relationship to its owner is that of a corporation to its shareholders, or an unincorporated enterprise owned by a non-resident institutional unit that is deemed to be a resident institutional unit because it engages in a significant amount of production in the economic territory over a long or indefinite period of time. 4.42 شبه شركة شبه شركة شبه الشركة هي إما منشأة فردية مملوكة من قبل وحدة مؤسسية مقيمة لديها معلومات كافية لتجميع وتصنيف مجموعة كاملة من الحسابات وتدار كما لو كانت شركة منفصلة والتي تكون علاقتها الواقعية والفعلية بمالكها هي أشبه بالعلاقة بين شركة والمساهمين فيها، أو منشأة فردية مملوكة من قبل وحدة مؤسسية غير مقيمة تعتبر وحدة مؤسسية مقيمة لأنها تشارك في كمية كبيرة من الإنتاج في الإقليم الاقتصادي على مدى فترة طويلة أو غير محددة من الوقت.

register A set of files (paper, electronic, or a combination) containing the assigned data elements and the associated information. سجل مجموعة ملفات (ورقية، الكترونية، أو مزيج من الاثنين) تتضمّن عناصر البيانات المحددة والمعلومات المرتبطة بها.
frame error Frame error may be caused by the inherent limitations of input data, or by delays and errors in data acquisition and processing. خطأ إطاريّ الخطأ الإطاريّ قد ينتج من الحدود المتلازمة لبيانات المدخلات، أو من التأخيرات والأخطاء في حيازة البيانات ومعالجتها.
time coverage The length of time, e.g. years, for which data are collected. تغطية زمنية المدة الزمنية مثل السنوات، التي تجمع البيانات فيها.
moving seasonal variation A pattern of seasonal variation which changes with time. It is usually obtained by determining a seasonal pattern for a certain number k of consecutive years and “moving” the set of k years along the series as for a moving average, so obtaining a seasonal pattern for each year based on the previous k years. تغيرات موسمية متحركة عبارة عن نوع من التغيرات الموسمية التي تتغير مع الزمن . ويتم التوصل اليها عادة عن طريق تحديد النمط الموسمي لعدد معين من السنوات طوال السلسلة من اجل حساب الوسط المتحرك. ثم حساب النمط الموسمي لكل سنة معتمدا على السنوات السابقة . ومن فوائد ذلك هو تجنب التصميمات السابقة والاحقة التي قد يحدثها ثبات الموسم كما انه يمكن تطو يعها لا زالة اكثر من تحرك موسمي حقيقي ,الا ان الصعوبة تتجلى في معرفة التنبؤ بالمستقبل الا بفروض معينة.
cycle (in time series) In time series, any periodic variation may be described as a cycle. Often, however, the term is reserved for cycles generated by the autoregressive structure of the series, as opposed to seasonal variation, caused by outside influences. moving weights In most cases where a moving average is taken of a time series the weights composing the average are constraints independent of time. For certain purposes, however, it is desirable to have weights which themselves reflect changing circumstances, as for instance in index numbers of prices where the quantities purchased may alter as time goes on. In such cases the weights themselves may be moving averages of time series and are said to be moving weights. More generally the term can be used to describe any set of weights which change with time. الاوزان المتحركة في معظم الأحيان، عندما يؤخذ المتوسط المتحرك من سلسلة زمنية، تكون الأوزان التي تبني المتوسط قيودًا لا صلة لها مع الزمن. إلا أنه لبعض الأغراض، من المستحسن أن يكون هناك أوزانًا تعكس الظروف المتغيرة مثلا في دليل الأسعار حيث تتغير الكميات المبتاعة مع الوقت. وفي هذه الحالات، قد تكون الأزوان بنفسها متوسطات متغيرة لسلسلة زمنية وتُسمى عندها: الأوزان المتغيرة. وبشكل عام، يستخدم هذا التعبير لوصف أي سلسلة من الأوزان المتغيرة مع الوقت.
cyclical component of a time series The cyclical component of a time series refers to (regular or periodic) fluctuations around the trend, excluding the irregular component, revealing a succession of phases of expansion and contraction. The cyclical component can be viewed as those fluctuations in the time series that are longer than a threshold eg. 1 year. عنصر دوريّ في سلسلة زمنية يشير العنصر الدوري في سلسلة زمنية إلى التبدلات (العادية أو الدورية) في المنحى، ممّا يعكس تتابعًا لمراحل التوسع و الإنقباض، مع استثناء المكون غير النظامي. يمكن إعتبار العنصر الدوري كالتقلبات في السلسلة الزمنية والتي هي أطول من عتبة ما مثلاً سنة ونصف لسنة.

It excludes any transport charges invoiced separately by the producer.
