average earnings scheme A scheme where the pension benefits earned for a year depend on how much the member’s earnings were for the given year. مخطّط احتساب متوسّط الايرادات وهو مخطّط يتمّ بموجبه احتساب استحقاقات المعاشات التقاعدية المحصّلة في سنة واحدة بناء على كمية الايرادات التي حصدها الفرد خلال السنة نفسها.
dependant (to a pension scheme) An individual who is financially dependent on a (passive or active) member of a pension scheme. المعال المُعالون هم الأشخاص الذين تخوّلهم صلة القربى بالشخص المحمي حق الاستفادة من استحقاق الضمان الاجتماعي بناء على حقوق المضمون نفسه (الأرمل(ة) والأيتام على سبيل المثال). المصدر: مكتب العمل الدولي (2005).

nitrate Nitrate is a nitrogen-containing compound that can exist in the atmosphere or as a dissolved gas in water. It may produce harmful effects on humans and animals. نيترات مركب يحتوي على النيتروجين يمكن أن يوجد في الجو كغاز مذاب في الماء. وقد يحدث آثارًا ضارة بالنسبة للبشر والحيوانات.
weak sustainability All forms of capital are more or less substitutes for one another; no regard has to be given to the composition of the stock of capital. Weak sustainability allows for the depletion or degradation of natural resources, so long as such depletion is offset by increases in the stocks of other forms of capital (for example, by investing royalties from depleting mineral reserves in factories). الاستدامة الضعيفة تعتبر كلّ أشكال رأس المال بطريقة أو بأخرى بدائل لبعضها البعض بدون الأخذ بتكوين رصيد رأس المال. تسمح الاستدامة الضعيفة بنضوب الموارد الطبيعية أو تدهورها، طالما أنه يمكن التعويض عن هذا النضوب من خلال الزيادات في الأرصدة أو أشكال أخرى من رأس المال (على سبيل المثال عبر توظيف الجعالات من احتياطيات معدنية في طور النضوب في المصانع).

pension entitlements Pension entitlements show the extent of financial claims both existing and future pensioners hold against either their employer or a fund designated by the employer to pay pensions earned as part of a compensation agreement between the employer and employee. 11.107 استحقاقات المعاشات التقاعدية استحقاقات المعاشات التقاعدية تبين مدى المطالبات المالية الحالية والمستقبلية التي يحوزها أصحاب المعاشات مقابل إما صاحب العمل أو صندوق يعينه صاحب العمل لدفع المعاشات المكتسبة كجزء من اتفاق التعويضات بين صاحب العمل والموظف.
acquisition price The acquisition price is the price that was actually paid for an asset when it was first acquired by a resident user. It is a synonym for “historic price". سعر الاقتناء وهو السعر الفعلي المدفوع مقابل مجودات ما لمّا قام المستخدم المقيم باقتناء هذه السلعة. وهو مرادف للسعر التاريخي.
general government accounts General government accounts are consolidated central, state and local government accounts, social security funds and non-market non-profit institutions controlled and mainly financed by government units. حسابات الحكومة العامة وهي حسابات مدعمة، مركزية، حكومية ومحلية للحكومة، وصناديق للضمان الاجتماعي، ومؤسسات للمؤسسات الربحية وغير الربحية، تمولها الوحدات الحكومية أساسًا وتسيطر عليها.
