United Nations Under-Secretary-General and ESCWA Executive Secretary Mohamed Ali Al-Hakim received on Wednesday 28 September 2017 Sudan’s Minister of Interior Hamid Mannan Mirghani at the UN House in Beirut. Both officials discussed enhancing cooperation between ESCWA and Sudan.

The meeting was also attended by Sudan’s Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Al-Sadeq Ali; Director of the Immigration Department, Brigadier-General Mahmoud Suleiman Mohammed; and Sudan’s Secretary-General for Migration Korar Tohwamy.
