United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of ESCWA Mohamed Ali Al-Hakim received on Wednesday 27 September 2017 Libya’s State Minister of Displaced and Migrant Affairs Youssof Abu Baker Jalala at the UN House in Beirut.

Both officials discussed cooperation between ESCWA and Libya. Jalala commended the efforts of ESCWA and the organizers of the Regional Consultative Meeting on International Migration in the Arab Region held in Beirut on 26-27 September 2017.
