ESCWA organized the first coordination meeting of the Project as a first opportunity for potential partners to get acquainted with the project details and discuss modalities of cooperation to implement the four-year project. The main objectives of the first coordination meeting were as follows:

1. Introducing the project to the potential partners with previous experience and networks in the fields of food and water security;
2. Presenting the main milestone activities and characteristics of the project;
3. Discussing modalities of cooperation with partners and defining their main roles.
