Meeting with the Executive Secretary Ms. Mervat Tallawy on the conclusion of the first management training implemented by UNESCWA for the benefit of the Iraqi Ministry for Planning and Development Cooperation, the Iraqi participants headed by NCPMD General Director Dr. Mohammed Al-Yasin expressed their high satisfaction with the training as they discussed the support provided by UNESCWA for Iraq’s reconstruction. They also agreed that additional training modules for Iraqi public institutions be organized by UNESCWA in the near future. The training program was conducted at the request of the Iraqi Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation (MoPDC) as part of an extensive UNDP capacity building project for the benefit of the Ministry’s institutions.
