This workshop will build on the outcomes of the previous two workshops on evaluating the capacity of Iraqi institutions in implementation and coordination, and on Deploying Institutional Gaps Assessment Methodology on Project Implementation and Coordination Capacities in Iraq, which brought together 24 and 26 Iraqi senior civil servants respectively.

The two workshops resulted in the contextualization of the gaps assessment questionnaire reflecting the institutional priorities of the Hamdanieh District/Nineveh Governorate (Iraq), in particular the reintegration of the IDPs and establishing working groups within the institutions concerned (related to the sectors of health, education, social affairs/labor and municipal affairs).
