The report was prepared jointly by ESCWA staff and experts working on UN-ESCWA’s National Agenda for the Future of Syria Programme.
The event will commence with a presentation of the report, which is divided into the following three sections:
- The economic impact of the conflict in Syria;
- The impact on the Millennium Development Goals in Syria;
- Future expectations under the continued conflict
