ESCWA Centre for Women, and in partnership with the League of Arab States and UN-Women, is organizing the third capacity building workshop for members of the sub-committee on the 2030 agenda and SDGs. 
 
The participants are experts in gender mainstreaming issues and sustainable development. This workshop is a continuation of previous workshops which took place earlier in August 2016 in Beirut and in October 2016 in Amman, aims at building the capacities of the members of the sub committee to strengthen their coordination mechanisms and continue work in identifying national indicators for measuring progress in the implementation of sustainable development goal 5.
