The Association of Tunisian Mothers (Association Tunisienne des Meres, ATM), led by Mrs Saïda AGREBI, plays a prominent role in the dissemination and implementation of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). This Tunisian non-profit NGO has been granted UN-ECOSOC general consultative status by the United Nations in 2001. ATM is deeply committed to the idea that the mother’s function is not limited to the giving of life but to the imparting of knowledge to the younger generation, as well.
