9 March 2016	الإسكوا تحتفل باليوم الدولي للمرأة غداً راغب علامة ونادين الراسي ضيفان رئيسيان وأداء فني لفايا يونان	يحلّ كل من الفنان راغب علامة، سفير النوايا الحسنة لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة، والفنانة نادين الراسي، ضيفين رئيسيين على الاحتفال الذي دعت إليه الإسكوا في تمام 10:00 من صباح يوم غد الخميس 10 آذار/مارس 2016، لمناسبة اليوم الدولي للمرأة في بيت الأمم المتحدة، ساحة رياض الصلح، بيروت. ويستمع المدعوون والمشاركون من شخصيات دبلوماسية وثقافية وشخصيات معنية إلى كلمة تلقيها الدكتورة ريما خلف، وكيلة الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة والأمينة التنفيذية للإسكوا. كما تلقي الدكتورة إيليز سالم، نائب رئيس الجامعة اللبنانية الأميركية لشؤون الطلاب، كلمة للمناسبة.

11 December 2014	La CESAO facilite l'échange de connaissances environnementales entre la Palestine et la Tunisie	Le conseiller régional pour l'environnement et l'eau à la commission économique et sociale pour l'Asie occidentale (CESAO), Mr. Ralf Klingbeil a déclaré aujourd'hui que la Tunisie et la Palestine bénéficieront d'un échange d'informations sur leurs approches respectives envers la gestion environnementale dans le cadre d'activités planifiées par la CESAO entre le 22 et le 26 avril 2013 au ministère tunisien de l'Environnement.
17 August 2017	Executive Secretary visits Walid Jumblatt	Beirut, 15 August 2017 (Communication and Information Unit) -- United Nations Under-Secretary-General and ESCWA Executive Secretary Mohamed Ali Al-Hakim visited today MP Walid Jumblatt at his Clemenceau residence. During his visit, the Executive Secretary was accompanied by ESCWA Deputy Executive Secretary for Program Support Khawla Mattar. The two sides discussed current affairs in the Arab region.
25 February 2014	Social Development Bulletin on Migration and Youth	This bulletin provides statistical data on youth migration flows, and discusses the development implications of outward migration of youth.
20 May 2015	Migration Policies in ESCWA Countries	This bulletin highlights migration policies, the migration-development nexus in ESCWA countries, and the relation of migration policies to labour markets, brain drain, migrant remittances, returning migrants and their re-integration, good practice as well as gaps in policies and systems related to migration management.
16 November 2017	Executive Secretary Visits Former PM Fouad Siniora	Beirut, 14 November 2017 (Communication and Information Unit) -- United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of ESCWA Mohamed Ali Al-Hakim today visited former Prime Minister Fouad Siniora. Both sides discussed the ESCWA current and upcoming activities. It was also an occasion for both sides to discuss the current situation in Lebanon and the region.

4 June 2015	Training manual on methodologies for data collection on energy use by the transport sector	The purpose of the manual is to provide a starting point for those in government bodies responsible for planning surveys; create a common understanding of terms and concepts; establish a common framework for reviewing and evaluating final energy consumption surveys; and summarize regional experiences. It serves as a reference on methodologies for data collection regarding energy use by the transport sector, as well as providing models for estimation (supply and use) and case studies from Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia and Canada.
