Under the local and global circumstances, a three-day workshop was organized on the “Management of Public Institutions in Crisis Situations”. This document is the trainer's guide, which contains the agenda and the different expected outcomes for each session. This workshop aims at identifying the emerging trends in the management of public institutions, carrying out some experiments and situations in managing public institutions in a crisis and focusing on providing services in unstable conditions.

The Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) held its fifth special session concurrently with the first meeting of the Executive Committee in Amman, on 8 June 2015. The special session considered the request of Mauritania for membership of the Commission.

This profile aims at assessing the trade performance and structure of Sudan since 1995 based on a variety of indicators, including those recently calculated using highly granular, product-level merchandise trade data.
