Under the local and global circumstances, a three-day workshop was organized on the “Management of Public Institutions in Crisis Situations”. This document is the trainer's guide, which contains the agenda and the different expected outcomes for each session. This workshop aims at identifying the emerging trends in the management of public institutions, carrying out some experiments and situations in managing public institutions in a crisis and focusing on providing services in unstable conditions. |

Towards a Legal Framework for Intellectual Property that Promotes Innovation and Creativity in the ESCWA Member Countries |
This study is divided into three major chapters. The first chapter discusses the call for creating more incentive rules for innovators in the ESCWA countries. In addition, the second chapter discusses clear legal rules in determining ownership of intellectual property rights. The third chapter deals with the legal reinforcement of the means of exploiting intellectual property rights and its role in stimulating creativity. |
