Networking Research, Development and Innovation in Arab Countries |
Innovation is central to the development of successful economies. This study is intended to encourage research, development and innovation (RDI) networking in Arab countries. RDI networks that are designed to promote innovation inputs can secure competencies in areas of expertise that are unattainable by individual countries and institutions. Furthermore, these networks play a significant role in securing a critical mass of both human and financial resources. |
