26 November 2018	The Drivers and Impact of Conflict on the Sustainable Development Agenda in the Arab Region: A snapshot of human, socioeconomic and structural impacts with a focus on regional and cross-border effects	This paper will provide an overview of the short- and long-term impacts of conflict in the region and identify the interconnections and self-reinforcing cycles amongst these. The paper will link this dire situation in many Arab States with implications for reaching the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Coherent and well-financed development planning and policy implementation is vital to the success of the SDGs. This paper aims to monitor the impact of conflict on the development of the Arab countries, and how these conflicts affect the successful implementation of the 2030 Agenda.

The publication includes time series and indicators for the period 2006-2012. Data are drawn primarily from national sources, complemented by secondary sources when needed.

20 May 2015	External Trade Bulletin of the Arab Region, No. 21	This Bulletin presents data and statistical indicators on external trade in goods in the member countries of the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA). Those data are presented in time series until 2011, and have been primarily drawn from national sources and from secondary sources when needed. The aim of this Bulletin is to provide detailed data on intraregional and international trade in member countries for policymakers, analysts, researchers and other users at the national, regional and international levels. The Bulletin comprises three parts.
