The First Meeting of the Task Force on Gender Statistics in the Arab Region was organized by the Statistics Division of the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) at the United Nations House in Beirut on 15 and 16 October 2009. The main output of the Meeting was the adoption of an action plan for the working groups of the Task Force. |
